Terms of Service

Effective 29 August 2026

These terms govern access to Edvami’s website, desktop application, managed pilot, and related document trust services. By using Edvami on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

The service

Edvami helps professional teams store documents securely, record cryptographic evidence, compare versions, review changes, and maintain workspace activity and audit history. Features, capacity, support, and availability may depend on the organisation’s plan or managed pilot agreement.

Accounts and authorised use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use only accounts and documents they are authorised to access. The organisation is responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access that is no longer required.

Customer content

The organisation retains its rights in the documents and information it submits. It grants Edvami the limited permission needed to host, process, protect, verify, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the service. The organisation is responsible for having a lawful basis to process and share its content.

Google Drive

Google Drive access is optional and initiated by the user. Users must connect only accounts they are authorised to use and import only files they are authorised to place in the organisation’s Edvami workspace. Google’s own terms continue to govern Google services.

AI assisted results

AI assisted features help explain evidence and highlight possible issues. Their outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a qualified person. Edvami does not provide legal, accounting, audit, or other professional advice, and AI output should not be treated as a final professional decision.

Acceptable use

Users must not use Edvami to violate law or third party rights, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe another customer’s workspace, misrepresent proof results, or use the service to create or distribute unlawful content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Edvami secure and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, infrastructure, or events outside our control. Pilot and preview features may change as they are improved. We may modify the service while preserving the core purpose of the subscribed offering.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address overdue obligations. On termination, access ends and customer information is handled according to the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy. Integrity and audit evidence may be retained where needed for security or legal purposes.

Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. Any warranties, liability limits, fees, governing law, or dispute terms agreed in a signed order, pilot agreement, or subscription contract take precedence over inconsistent terms on this page. Where no separate agreement exists, mandatory law continues to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Edvami develops. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel, and the current effective date will remain on this page. Questions can be sent to team@edvami.com.
